**Entrees preceded by (J.O.) are available in half portions with a small soup or salad for $7.00, plus tax.  We offer this as our ligher fare to our diners and call it the "Jackie O' Platter."

SALADS

GREEK SALAD  7~  A wonderful combination of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, feta cheese, peppercini, anchovies, and Kalamata olives tossed with our special house dressing.

(J.O.) GREEK PROVINCIAL SALAD  9~  Freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and peppercini topped with olive oil, oregano, feta cheese, Kalamata olives and anchovies.

ATHENA'S SALAD  10~  Haloumi cheese centered in a bed of mixed greens with sliced ripe tomatoes, red onions, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.

(J.O.) HEPHAISTION SALAD  12~  Mixed greens topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, roasted garlic, shredded parmesan cheese, Kalamata olives and your choice of grilled chicken or our savory gyro.

CASSANDRA SALAD  13~  Mixed green lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and peppercini topped with charbroiled cold water salmon and capers.

ALEXANDER'S ROYAL SALAD  14~  Mixed green lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, bell peppers, and peppercini.  Topped with tasty grilled shrimp, scallops, roasted garlic and pine nuts.

AVGOLEMONO SOUPA  4~
This simple Greek soup of chicken is made special by the last-minute addition of eggs to enrich and thicken as well as lemon juice to give sharpness.  The result is both refreshing and nourishing.

GREEK FETA CROUTE  7~  A wonderful, colorful and aromatic open hot sandwich of grilled vegetables atop crusted slices of bread with feta cheese and chopped Kalamata olives.

GYRO SANDWICH  8~  A tasty mixture of sliced ground beef and lamb with Greek spices, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki.  Served in pita bread.

GREEK TAVERN SANDWICH  9~  Skewered beef tenderloin tips or chicken breast with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.  Served in pita bread.

PLAKA'S ORIGINAL  9~  Grilled skewered beef tenderloin with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and tzatziki sauce served in charbroiled, crusted Alexander's bread.

GREAT CHAR-BURGER ROYALE
ALEXANDER'S BIFTEKI  10~  Generous lean sirloin beef patty mixed with fresh herbs and spices charbroiled to perfection on pita bread.  Topped with finely chopped fresh tomatoes, onions, parsley, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon and olive oil.  Served with fries.

(J.O.) DOLMATHES  8~  Grape leaves stuffed with a mixture of savory rice and lean sirloin ground beef bursting with fresh herbs and spices.  This delectable dish is inseparable from any Greek meal.

(J.O.) LITTLE SPINACH PIES  8~  Tasty mixture of leaf spinach, oak-barrel feta cheese, onions and fresh herbs pan-baked between filo dough.

(J.O.) PASTICHIO  9~  Baked macaroni layered with lean sirloin ground beef and fresh herbs and spices topped with a delicious bechamel sauce.

(J.O.) MOUSAKA  10~  Layers of potatoes and eggplant with lean sirloin ground beef and fresh herbs and spices topped with bechamel sauce.

MANGAS LAMB  14~  Colorado Mountain raised lamb shank seasoned with garlic and rosemary, fresh lemon juice and oregano.  Served with Greek-style, oven-browned oregano and lemon potatoes.

(J.O.) SOUVLAKI  14~  Skewered tenderloin beef tips or chicken with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.  Served on spinach rice.

PYRAMOUS SEAFOOD  13~  Grilled portobella mushroom atop pita bread, centered around angel hair pasta, topped with pan-seared, diced snapper filet, scallop, shrimp, and seasonal vegetables, and sprinkled with graviera cheese.

PYRAMOUS BIFTEKI  12~  Grilled portobella mushroom atop pita bread, centered around pan-seared spring greens and chopped garlic, and topped with generous lean sirloin beef patty mixed with graviera cheese.

PASTA

(J.O.) KALAMATA PASTA  9~  Roasted garlic, onions, yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms and leaf spinach over spaghetti.  Topped with Kalamata olives and feta cheese.

(J.O.) KEFTE PASTA  10~  Lean sirloin ground beef mixed with fresh herbs and spices.  Sauteed to perfection and served over angel hair pasta.

(J.O.) PASTA CORFU  10~  Charbroiled chicken breast delicately seasoned with fresh garden herbs and topped with roasted garlic on a bed of angel hair pasta.

(J.O.) NICK'S PASTA WITH MEAT SAUCE  9~  Pasta with delicious mixture of ground sirloin, herbs and spices.

PASTA AEGEAN  15~  Angel hair pasta overlaid with shrimp, scallops, Kalamari, and New Zealand mussels sauteed in garlic and fresh herbs.

GRILL

BABY LAMB CHOPS  13~  Three Colorado Mountain lamb chops grilled to perfection, served with pan-seared garlic mushrooms and oven-browned oregano and lemon potatoes.

KATSIKAKI (CABRITO)  13~  Milk-fed American baby goat oven-baked to perfection and served with oven-browned oregano and lemon potatoes and manouri cheese.

CHICKEN

ATHENIAN CHICKEN  12~  Juicy chicken breast stuffed with pine nuts, spinach, feta cheese and fine fresh herbs.  Served with Greek roasted potatoes.

(J.O.) CHICKEN OREGANATO  11~  Juicy chicken breast charbroiled to perfection with fresh herbs and spices.  Served with oven-browned oregano and lemon potatoes.

CHICKEN LEMONATO  13~  Juicy chicken breast sauteed with artichokes, mushrooms and capers in lemon butter and wine sauce.

SEAFOOD

(J.O.) TILAPIA GALILEE  11~  Fresh filet of Tilapia broiled and garnished with grilled fresh vegetables.  Served with rice pilaf or pasta and lemon butter sauce.

SALMON FILET  13~  Fresh cold water salmon charbroiled and served with lemon butter and wine sauce topped with capers.

SNAPPER POSEIDON  13~  Fresh baby snapper sauteed with a delectable mushroom, artichoke and scallion blend.  Topped with lemon butter sauce.
