AVGA (EGGS) - $11
Served with yogurt and fruits

Avga Me Salmon (eggs stuffed with salmon) - Sauteed fresh wild salmon with onions, tomatoes and capers enveloped in a thin mix of well-beaten eggs.  Enjoy this dish with manouri goat cheese.

Avga Me Spanaki (eggs with spinach) - Two eggs poached and oven-baked on top of sauteed spinach, sprinkled with feta cheese.

Angelique's Sfougato - Three eggs scrambled with artichokes and fresh tomatoes topped with chunky tomato sauce and feta cheese.

Diaspora - Two fried eggs accompanied with Norwegian lox over pita bread and garnished with red onion, tomatoes, and manouri goat cheese.

Amerikaniko - Low sodium ham, bacon, sauteed mushrooms and mild Greek cheese enveloped in a thin mix of well beaten eggs.  House chunky tomato sauce optional.

Loukaniko - Three scrambled eggs with imported Greek sausage on pita bread.

Gyro Platter - A tasty mixture of sliced ground beef and lamb with Greek spices, topped with onions, tomatoes and tzatziki, served in pita bread, with lemon oregano potatoes or fries.

Alexander's Bifteki - Generous lean sirloin beef patty mixed with fresh herbs and spices charbroiled to perfection on pita bread, topped with finely chopped fresh tomatoes, onions, parsley, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon and olive oil, served with fries.

Souvlaki - Beef tenderloin tips skewered with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes, served wtih spinach rice.

Pastichio - Baked macaroni layered with lean sirloin ground beef and fresh herbs and spices topped with a delicious bechamel sauce, served with house vegetable medley.

Mangas Lamb - Colorado Countain raised lamb shank seasoned with garlic and rosemary, fresh lemon juice and oregano.  Served with oven-browned oregano and lemon potatoes.

Mousaka - Layers of potatoes and eggplant with lean sirloin ground beef and fresh herbs and spices topped with bechamel sauce, served with lemon oregano potatoes or fries.

Athenian Chicken - Juicy chicken breast stuffed with pine nuts, spinach, feta cheese and fresh herbs.

Chicken Lemonato - Juicy chicken breast sauteed with artichokes, mushrooms and capers in lemon butter and wine sauce and angel hair pasta.

Dolmathes - Grape leaves stuffed with a mixture of savory rice and lean sirloin ground beef bursting with fresh herbs and spices.

COMBO FOR TWO - $20

Two lamb shanks, two meatballs, two dolmathes, two spanakopita, two slices of feta cheese, two oven-baked lemon-oregano potato wedges.

Baby Lamb Chops - Three Colorado Mountain lamb chops spiced with fresh rosemary, mint leaves, garlic and oregano, charbroiled with old Greek technique to seal in the juices, served with roasted garlic mushrooms.

Tilapia - Fresh filet of Tilapia broiled and garnished with grilled fresh vegetables, served wtih rice pilaf or pasta and lemon butter sauce.

Salmon Filet - Fresh cold water salmon charbroiled and served with lemon butter and wine sauce topped with capers.

Dina's Shrimp - Four grilled large shrimp and two generous slices of oak barrel feta cheese in our special two wine and tomato sauce.

Rebecca's Pilafi - Spinach rice pilaf topped with baby kalamari, scallop and mussels sauteed in wine sauce and garnished with a grilled jumbo shrimp.

VEGETARIAN - $10

Pyramous Vegetarian - Grilled portabella mushroom atop pita bread, centered around angel hair pasta, topped with pan-seared diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bell peppers and sprinkled with graviera cheese (substitute pasta w/spinach).

Kalamata Pasta - Roasted garlic, onions, yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms and leaf spinach over spaghetti, topped with Kalamata olives and feta cheese.

Combination Platter - Healthy combination of grilled vegetables sprinkled with feta cheese, fava topped with red onion and capers, stuffed grape leaves, and small spinach pie.

Tomatorizo - Excellent oven-baked casserole dish of spinach rice, chopped fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions topped with feta cheese.

SALATES - SOUPES

Hephaistion Salad - $10 - Mixed greens topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, roasted garlic, shredded parmesan cheese, Kalamata olives and your choice of grilled chicken or our savory gyro.

Cassandra Salad - $12 - Mixed green lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and peppercini topped with charbroiled cold water salmon and capers, or grilled shrimp.

Greek Provincial (Horiatiki) - $10 - Freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, and peppercini topped with olive oil, oregano, feta cheese, Kalamata olives and anchovies.

Soupa Avgolemono - $5 - This simple Greek soup of chicken broth with orzo is made special by the last-minute addition of eggs to enrich and thicken as well as lemon juice to give sharpness.

Soupa Lentil - $5 - An old-fashioned Greek lentil soup recipe.

Soupa Meatball (Youvarelakia) - $8 - Lean sirloin beef ball mixed with rice and fresh mint cooked in beef broth with last minute addition of egg lemon sauce.

APPETIZERS

Fava Dip - $4 - Greek style puree made with fava beans, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice, topped with feta cheese, capers and red onions, served with homemade bread.

Tarama Dip - $4 - Red caviar whipped with lemon juice and olive oil, served wtih homemade bread.

Tzatziki - $4 - This special Greek yogurt and cucumber dip is mixed with finely chopped garlic, served with homemade bread.

Octopus - $12 - An Islander's delicacy.  Charbroiled.
